I have been listening to the audio version Sonya Lyubomirsky's book "The How of Happiness" that I picked up at Cracker Barrel and I was intrigued by the activities that she offers to increase one's happiness level. The first activity is to simply write down three good things each day, so I tried to create a blog entitled "3 good things", only to find that 3, 4, and 5 good things were already taken. Hence, 6goodthings.blogspot.com. We'll see how it goes. Maybe my happiness quotient will increase twofold.
